[Bill Self] is judged by a standard that developed from all the coaches who came before him, and from his own success as well. He is judged on a curved scale because of Kansas’s past, a past that started with a man who didn’t see any of this coming.

Tyshawn Taylor and possibly Thomas Robinson were able to taste sweet victory in what would be the last game in Allen Field House on James Naismith Court. KU already claimed the Big 12 but came out to play hard and win their last home game of the season. Jayhawks rocked and chalked up 73 points against Texas’ 63.
